I am a career electronic warfare officer (EWO)/navigator with 15 years of active duty experience in aviation and special operations as well as 2 years as a defense contractor supporting the warfighter. I have managed various programs throughout my career. These include writing and evaluating policy, publications and standards/advising leadership on these policies; maintaining tactics, techniques, and procedures as a tactician; managing the electronic warfare program for an entire Air Force Wing; and serving as an academic instructor and assistant director of operations at a graduate level military school. As a civilian, I have assisted in procuring/updating technologically advanced training systems (simulators) to ensure aircrew proficiency. Currently, I reprogram electronic attack equipment to ensure aircrew survivability in combat. Other areas of expertise include command of personnel and operations during contingency exercises; intelligence/surveillance/reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities; instruction; tactics/techniques/procedures development; operational and contingency planning; signals intelligence (SIGINT); program/personnel management; and electronic warfare and air capabilities integration with joint and special operations forces.
