Managed a team of 22 quality professionals including 2 direct reporting managers, and indirectly supervised 44 operator self-inspectors (OSV) manufacturing operators. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:1. Started the first Aerospace Composite Manufacturing company in United Arab Emirates from the ground up. Responsible for developing people, procedures, training and tools necessary to establish a Quality Management System per AS9100 and customer requirements. Interfaced directly with Customers, 3rd party QMS auditors, and NADCAP assessors to prove out quality process compliance. Setup and manage Material Review Board (MRB).
