Current• Guide interdisciplinary teams and practice groups through lens-specific problem framing, causal-chain analysis, systems modeling, and theory-of-change refinement resulting in frameworks and tools used for decision making on future investments and ongoing operational excellence• Collaborate across the organization to bring definition to the “model builder” role that the agency needed• Design, pilot, socialize, and institutionalize a customized suite of tools for creating logical continuity in multimillion dollar, multisector project design while minimizing results-risks, increasing evaluability, and producing tight and verifiable logical connections to create closable learning loops• Partner with the Data Collaboratives for Local Impact team to design and deliver a conference on data for decision-making in developing countries for 140 international attendees• Produce a week-long learning module for an international teaching forum co-hosted by the Monitoring & Evaluation and Economic Analysis departments and attended by 100+ professionals; awarded by CEO and Managing Director for invaluable contributions to the department and team• Develop a recurring segment for the global newsletter published by the Department of Policy and Evaluation • Serve as the first Fellow to co-chair the Women’s Leadership Group
