I am the Chief People Officer and member of the Executive Committee at Syensqo. Prior to that, I led the HR stream of AkzoNobel spin-off and became CHRO for the new standalone company, Nouryon. I've also held HR positions at Cargill where I spent a large portion of my time in Africa and Asia for their Cocoa & Chocolate business, and as well at Kraft Foods where I played a key role in the integration of the Biscuit activities of Danone.
