My future is still unwritten and I find it exciting that I still get to explore all the paths that will help me write the ending to my forever story. I have over 15 years experience working in a customer service based role. Currently, I work as a Pet Help Counselor for a non-profit animal shelter improving the quality of experience for those looking to include a forever companion into their family and home. Previously, I have worked in various industries providing excellent customer care to companies that want to help their valued customers have the best experience possible. In graduating with my MBA, I was able to work up to a management role within a staffing company and really excelled at helping my colleagues grow within their ability to help others. Always remember that there are 2 types of managers within your organization: People Managers and Production Managers. Not every employee is trying to be a People Manager, so don't forget to invest and help your Production Managers advance and grow within your organization.
