With about 15 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including over four years of technical support, I am passionate about delivering high-quality bilingual service and solutions to businesses, clients, and users across various industries and platforms. As a multi-disciplinarian, I have experience in many industries including EV charging, satellite communications, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods retail management, hospitality, retail, and SaaS. My career has included positions in customer and tech support, HR support & talent acquisition, office administration, sales, and data entry.My recent studies in UX Writing, UX Design, and Service Design have propelled me further into bridging the gap between technology and people. Design thinking with a User Centred approach can be leveraged in ways that not only bolster CX but also that of the teams working to support CX and UX-related processes.I use my experience and constant learning to find ways to adapt systems to best suit team needs and improve support.
