Afterwards, I was trained in outpatient, which involved collecting labs from patients, transcribing orders, and processing any samples dropped-off. Most recently, I've been trained in inpatient processing. In this role, I am responsible for receiving samples collected throughout the hospital, and distributing them to appropriate departments.
