🔵 I am a Human Resources/Admin SME and retired U.S. Navy veteran with experience in DoD and commercial people operations, policies & procedures, strategic planning, employee relations, and succession/workforce planning. My 12-year post retirement contributions in Government contracting include employee engagement, talent development and performance management for geographically dispersed employees as well as strategic and tactical employee and executive staff support. I also have ten years supporting big box retail and staffing industries and have led efforts to develop Human Capital Strategies and the follow-on surveillance programs.
