My 12-year post retirement contributions in Government contracting include employee engagement, talent development and performance management for geographically dispersed employees as well as strategic and tactical employee and executive staff support. I also have ten years supporting big box retail and staffing industries and have led efforts to develop Human Capital Strategies and the follow-on surveillance programs. I enjoy rolling up my sleeves and being a hands-on servant leader, applying a comprehensive knowledge of Federal and State employment and labor laws, to balance company requirements and employee needs. 🔵 I am a process improvement and quality champion, continually considering how business operations can be re-tooled or streamlined to better serve the company and employee. I represented Human Resources at two organizations through successful certifications for ISO 9001:2015, 20000-1, 27001, and CMMI Level 3 Services. I work cross-functionally with teams to determine best in class outcomes for process changes and improvements.🔵 An employee advocate and trusted agent, I am obsessed with providing excellent service and prompt response to my customers (internal and external!).
