-Prosum IT services consisted of contract staffing, direct hire, and Microsoft solutions and managed services.-Started up 2 new markets in 2015, Denver (January) and Phoenix (September). Denver reached field contribution positive by Q4 2015 and Phoenix reached field contribution positive by Q4 2016 -Implemented new field organizational structure, compensation plan, branding and marketing strategy and grew internal producer headcount by 40%-Comparing 2016 to 2014, the total GM grew 20.5%, EBITDA grew 88% all while adding 2 new markets and implementing significant change initiatives

-Division President role was created to bring together 10 markets from 3 different companies that were merged through two acquisitions between Feb 2012 and May 2013. As of 2014 Fahrenheit IT consisted of 12 offices and 13 teams (one was a national Healthcare IT) with IT consultants in 40 states and annual revenues of $100m. Managed business through a recapitalization with PE partners and prepared for future exit.-Developed and installed expectations for core activity, partnered with corporate resources to create and implement consistent recruiting & sales training for all new associates and increased recognition programs-Built internal sales and delivery teams from 82 to 100 while launching startups in Dallas and Charlotte, and rebuilding teams in Washington DC, Atlanta, Cincinnati and NYC

-Northwest region included: Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Salt Lake City and Denver.
