I have a wide range of engineering management experience from building a major media web site from the ground up, to enterprise-level application architecture. I welcome the challenge of new goals set before me and I achieve my goals on deadline, under pressure and within the parameters of the project.My leadership abilities come from a wide variety of leadership training, experience in Fortune 100 companies as well as leadership roles in smaller companies. I have experience working with large and small teams both on-shore and off-shore. I have a natural drive to include and improve everyone on the team.I thrive in the technical leadership role where I feel I can add the most value to an organization with my broad range of skills and leadership ability.I spent over 10 years working in the Media industry which gives me a unique insight into the "bigger picture".
