Lead the PMO Operations team to establish best practices for the maintenance of the IT Portfolio in Primavera P6 ensuring accuracy of data, consistency on updates, and generation of portfolio reporting. Partner with IS leaders, Resource Managers and Project Managers to identify strategies to resolve resource capacity constraints and developing what-if scenarios to determine potential impacts of alternative delivery approaches.
