Joel Lennon-Meyer leads business and product development efforts as President of Sublime Stericeuticals Corporation, a startup company with the goal of supplying low cost, continuous freeze-drying machines for use in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing sectors. He has nearly 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry serving in various quality and manufacturing capacities for numerous big, mid-sized, and startup pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. Joel is also the CFO of Infinite Creativity Consortium, Inc., a startup with ambitions to create disruption in how business is done in multiple sectors. Formerly, he was the President of Innovative Quality Solutions, Inc., which was also a consulting service provider to the pharmaceutical industry. Joel is also an advisory board member for the National Institute of Antimicrobial Resistance Research and Education (NIAMRRE). He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Iowa State University in Ames, IA. Joel currently resides in Fort Dodge, IA with his wife and two children. He loves traveling on new adventures with his family.
