Provide counseling and advising to 150 studentsWork with freshman and sophomore students of diverse backgrounds including: first generation college students, low income, students with disabilities.Teach University 101 College Courses to freshmen students to orient them to college life and teach study skills, preparing them for college courses.Work with summer LEAP program - 3 week ( intensive program ) that works with students with low GPA's to allow them to work on college skills, take an Eng 101 course and Academic Skills course to gain entry to the college in the fall.

I am the employer liaison for Career Services. I work with employers to help them post their positions and assist Ivy Tech students and graduates in their job search.I help with resumes, cover letters, and give career advise to students and alums.I assist students with discovering what they should study thru Discover an on-line personality profile test. I also present Career Services presentations to classrooms at Ivy Tech and in the community. I represent the Career Service's office and give presentations on ways that Career Service's can help employers at community service club meetings throughout the Wabash Valley area.
