This position required me to:Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.Analyze sales and marketing situations as well as internal needs to develop effective communications plans. Planning scope might extend to projects spanning across a customer or business segment, involve multiple media, extend several generations of product marketing, and have a significant impact on business. Manage the internal newsletter, New Day News, published weekly. I was the Internal Communications lead. In this role, I helped develop the overarching internal communication strategy and the tactics to support it. I worked to make sure that leaders communicate a consistent message to employees. I supervised the work of two interns, published an internal newsletter twice per month, ensured the accuracy and usability for the ITS Intranet, and managed/wrote other internal communications, including HR changes, internal moves, and a transition to federated identity authentication.
