Currently a L&D practitioner in the Capability Development team with exposure in HR Digital Transformation, Talent Management and Learning & Development in Healthcare Industry.Before i had more than a decade of experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee engagement & relations, stakeholder collaboration, HR operations and management across diverse corporate environments such as in Oil & Gas Industries, Construction and Process Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing and Maintenance, Marine/Shipping, as well as government agencies and mission-oriented research entities.As an Inspiring facilitator and a passionate lifelong learner who cultivates a growth mindset, I hope to create positive influence on individuals seeking to expand their knowledge and skills and training them as future-oriented individuals. I'm currently pursing SUSS- DDDLP qualification to expand my competencies in instructional curriculum design.
