An experienced and qualified Civil Engineer (Highways and Transportation) and Chartered Manager (CMgr) with over 20 years experience in designing and delivering highways, traffic management and road safety engineering schemes.I am the Lead engineer for the design, project management and installation of Average Speed Enforcement (ASE) for my current client. This includes managing the tendering and procurement processes and NEC contract.As a registered MSoRSA member and holder of the Highways England road safety audit Certificate of Competency (CoC) - I am Road Safety Audit Lead (GG119) for my current client. I have undertaken thousands of audits throughout my career.In addition, I am responsible for designing and project managing: -Local Safety Schemes & AIP projects-Traffic Management Schemes (TRO's, ETRO's & NOI's)-Controlled parking zones (CPZ) -Residential permit parking schemes-Assessing planning applications (development control - S278 and S106) schemes.
