I am most energized and engaged when I am helping someone develop and perform as highly as possible by focusing on their growth and well-being. This applies to team members, colleagues, peers, management, executive leaders, and even partner company employees and executives. Rallying an extended team around a shared goal or vision and facilitating not just business success, but also individual success makes my heart soar.The majority of my career has been focused on developing and leading complex, global partnerships to achieve sustained long-term mutual success. I acted as general manager of all aspects of strategic partnerships including product development, program management, operations, sales, marketing and support, as well as partnering with finance, legal and human resources. This afforded me great team building experience and the opportunity to work with a diversity of talented people with expertise in all these areas to create successful business partnerships.On the personal front, I am passionate about ministry to men, because a community of faith-filled men has helped me become a much better version of myself, and I want to pay that forward. Helping men live faithfully with integrity, servant leadership and commitment to their marriages, families, parishes and communities will transform the world for the better.
