Began as an assistant to an escrow officer and quickly earned promotion to the role of escrow officer under the mentorship of a supportive manager. Demonstrated proficiency in managing high-volume refinance transactions, particularly those involving out-of-state properties, a specialized skill few colleagues possessed. Consistently surpassed quotas, resulting in bonuses, despite operating within a niche that contributed 50% less to the company's bottom line, yet we met and exceeded quotas based on minimized income per transaction. Achieved financial success by generating more revenue limited by the resources allocated.

At almost 15 years old (1999), I launched a successful business selling motorized scooters (go-peds) when the internet was in its infancy. Quickly expanding it into a thriving online business that generated over a million dollars in sales by the age of 16. Recognizing my entrepreneurial talent, Meyer Distributing recruited me at 17 to manage their website and marketing efforts, where I successfully quadrupled retail sales. They were already a key and prominent player in the niche industry we were in. I attempted to have them purchase my business but at this point nobody understood the value of the internet and its capabilities. However they understood my value to increase their websites capabilities.
