Responsibilities are to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance for all locations. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. In addition, troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via email) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.Also assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future desktop hardware needs. Conduct research on desktop products in support of PC procurement and development efforts. Evaluate and recommend products for purchase. Position also includes telephone support for all four locations.

Primary role as implementation specialistfor new PC rollout for all police cars. Updated Panasonic Toughbook units to Windows 7 as well as repaired and or replaced outdated Amrel machines. Also provided desktop support for all City of Tulsa employees stationed primarily at City Hall.

Provided Level 1 Application support for a global client dealing primarily with web based applications. Provided first call resolution when applicable. Monitored and maintained incoming tickets via e-mail as well as web based tickets.

Served under the Systems Development Support manager to provided help desk and desktop support for all Tulsa police offices citywide. Primary roll as project manager for new PC rollout for municipal courts and Tulsa Police. Replaced outdated machines at all locations working closely with end user to ensure smooth transition.

Primary role as Benefit Service Center for City of Dallas employees & retirees. Also provided application support for local employees.

Provided critical support to United Airlines for pc, server or mainframe application, and hardware. Interacted with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Provided third level support for all analysts ensuring SLA requirements were met.

Maintained 350 workstations and 85 servers. Worked with vendors to resolve problems. Maintained Nortel Option 61c telephone key system servicing 350 sets. Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems. Provided end users support for all hardware and software applications.

Processed data from field and office concerning all bridge inspections. Created claims for invoicing once county inspection was complete

Served under IS Coordinator as head technician. Maintained over 260 workstations including 5 satellite clinic operations. Maintained phone key-system at all offices. Performs routine tasks to maintain all computer equipment and their peripherals. Recommends and schedules repairs. Installs and configures PC’s and Thin Client workstations.
