At TD Corporate HR, led a bilingual team of 17 HR officers, who were responsible for the delivery of HR services and support at a national level to an organization of over 49,000 (at the time) employees. Operated 12 hours a day, 6 days a week.

At TD Waterhouse, led and coached a team of 30 staff, in a manufacturing/distribution warehouse environment. Responsible for the production, processing, and distribution/mailing of TD Wealth Management brokers and client’s monthly financial statements, trade confirms, welcome packages, client documentation, product information, and other affiliated documentation/packages. Worked in close coordination with TD’s other production partners like Symcor and Morneau Sobeco to manage production and delivery schedules.

At TD e-Bank, coached, motivated and managed a team of 20 call center sales staff providing a range of personal financial solutions to existing TD Bank customers. Products included VISA credit cards, Overdraft Protection, Insurance products, personal and business loans, Mortgage pre-approvals etc. My team also assisted TD Access Telephone Banking during Y2K, in managing the overflow call volumes.
