Responsible for devising Dell's local channel strategy, recruiting first retail partner (Officeworks) and localising the Asia-Pacific commercial partner program (PartnerDirect) for launch across Australia/New Zealand.

Responsible for managing the Software and Peripherals product category (printers, projectors, Microsoft, Lexmark and many other brands). Based in Tokyo from 2005-2006. Returned to Sydney in October 2006.

Responsible for product and pricing strategy, inventory management and demand generation for the Software and Peripherals category (printers, projectors etc). Also responsible for developing the roadmap for Dell's printer portfolio across Asia-Pacific.
