I have worked for Plan International Malawi as Monitoring Evaluation and Knowledge Management Lead for its Resilience and Humanitarian projects (Intergreted Resilience Project, Disaster Emergency Committee Project, Resilience and Rehabilitation Project and Lean Season Response)in Machinga,Mulanje, Zomba and Mangochi;All the projects focused on assisting the community to "Build Back Better" and given the capacity to withstand similar Future challenges/shocks through various interventions such livestock restocking and pass-on, promotion of Village Savings and Loans, Beekeeping, promotion of Smart Agriculture, Watershed management and supporting Income Generating Activities (IGAs)I have actively led in activity Community Based Participatory Planning to identify viable activities, beneficiary identification and recruitment, Activity indicator monitoring, leading partner stakeholder collaboration, reviews and Reporting.
