I have worked for United Purpose in it's Humanitarian and resilience projects in Balaka aimed at promoting rural resilience by employing R4 model focusing on Risk Reduction, Risk Transfer, Prudent Risk taking and Risk retention.Currently working for United Purpose in it's flagship WASH project, Dowa Integrated Water Sanitation and Hygiene (DI-WASH) Project, funded by Charity Water, making huge strides in providing safe water to the communities in Dowa district, central region of Malawi

Lilongwe

Lilongwe

• Preparing daily lessons and long-term teaching programs in accordance with Ministry of Education rules and curriculum guidelines. • Keeping up to date with developments in the subject area, new resources, methods and national objectives. • Demonstrating accurate and up-to-date knowledge of content and teaching methods. • Evaluate and report on progress of students and record keeping in accordance with laws and education policies. • Liaising and networking with other professionals, the community, parents and or guardians both informally and formally. • Enforcing rules and disciplinary actions. • Demonstrating timeliness and attendance for assigned responsibilities. • Attend staff meeting, educational conferences and other professional developmentactivities.

I have worked for Plan International Malawi as Monitoring Evaluation and Knowledge Management Lead for its Resilience and Humanitarian projects (Intergreted Resilience Project, Disaster Emergency Committee Project, Resilience and Rehabilitation Project and Lean Season Response)in Machinga,Mulanje, Zomba and Mangochi;All the projects focused on assisting the community to "Build Back Better" and given the capacity to withstand similar Future challenges/shocks through various interventions such livestock restocking and pass-on, promotion of Village Savings and Loans, Beekeeping, promotion of Smart Agriculture, Watershed management and supporting Income Generating Activities (IGAs)I have actively led in activity Community Based Participatory Planning to identify viable activities, beneficiary identification and recruitment, Activity indicator monitoring, leading partner stakeholder collaboration, reviews and Reporting.
