• In order to improve on capital employed, Inventory level for Chevron Uganda Limited was determined at 21 days’ cover in second quarter of 2008. • Championed complete re-structuring of Product Supply to East African Chevron Affiliates and third party customers in line with new customs procedures. Implemented new customs initiatives resulting in 20% increase in transport efficiency.• Set up reorder levels at 25% of sales forecasts. This was done through consolidation of aviation and marketing business units sales reports• To cushion against stock outs due to market upsurge of increased sales, as a team we introduced 3rd party in-tank purchases as well as maintaining borrow/loans• Interface between Supply business unit and trading, Logistics, aviation, finance and marketing• Generated monthly transfer pricing for Chevron Uganda
