Responsible for all maintenance functions associated with specific projects within Hangar Operations

Oversees, supports and coordinates all key milestones to properly plan and manage all the aircraft maintenance and modification projects at the Embraer Owned Service Center.

Managed, monitored, and conducted flight operations, and maintenance (including servicing, inspections, and documentation) for a fleet of four (4) specially modified OH58AC (Bell 206) aircraft which flew approximately 1200 hours fiscal year 2009 and well over 1200 hours fiscal year 2010 while in support of The Governor’s Task Force for Marijuana Eradication. Checked and completed Unit Level Logistics-Aviation (ULLS-A), DD Form 365’s, Automated Weight and Balance System (AWBS), and DD Form 2026’s. Held Limited Technical Inspector (quality assurance) duties to clear Red X status symbols on aircraft forms, and inspect work performed by others. Prepared for and participated in ARMS, DES, and Airframe Condition Evaluation (ACE) inspections. Maintained safety, fire, security, environmental, and housekeeping regulations. Used specialty tools, as in torque wrenches, dial indicators, scales, calipers.

Technician in Altima Trim and Chassis Worked on a fast paced assembly line building the Nissan Altima where a high quality and productivity standard was required to be maintained. Used torque wrenches to install and quality inspect brake and fuel lines. Used pneumatic powered equipment, such as impact guns, screw guns, lifts, clamps, mechanical arms to install fuel tanks, front end modules, dash assemblies..
