Source and Screen qualified candidates for positions within the IT department including Senior Managers, Principal Engineers, data warehouse architects, DBA’s, Sr. Project Managers, tech support, and analyst. Consult with managers to assess hiring needs and qualifications for open positions. Screen candidates found in ATS (Peoplesoft eRecruit and iCIMS iRecruiter), Monster, Careerbuilder and Dice. Establish and maintain working relationships with hiring managers to establish future needs. Coordinated interviews for qualified candidates with the hiring managers. Negotiate with candidates to make the best offer for them and FedEx Kinko’s. Prepare documentation and make offers to candidates. Negotiate with recruiting agencies for direct hire fees. On project teams that implemented; Company wide recruiting brochure, Corporate wide on-boarding program, Company wide applicant tracking system, Implemented a program for new FKSO team members to visit a center.
