At Fujitsu, Joe delivered change management as part of a large-scale service management toolset implementation at a major bank. As part of this, he supported the design and delivery of a training campaign for 15000 users. He also authored the digital consulting and transformation elements of a number of bids for UK Central Government and contributed to a series of internal transformation initiatives and events.

BUSINESS CONSULTANT (September 2014 - July 2015)At HP, Joe engaged with organisations to increase the business value provided by their IT. Clients included several FTSE 100 companies in the financial and manufacturing industries.Responsibilities / Achievements- Engaged with clients to design and facilitate product communications and marketing workshops- Gathered and analysed data as part of large-scale transformation programme to assess and report on programme/work-stream performance- Conducted Change Impact Assessment to match, analyse and prioritise the impacts of various business changes across areas of IT Service Management- Interviewed programme work-stream members to develop business transformation story for presentation to senior stakeholders- Managed internal project to establish practice mentoring programme and learning and development portal- Established, contributed to and edited internal publications~~~BUSINESS ANALYST (September 2013 - September 2014)Client-facing roles included interviewing and presenting to CxO-level stakeholders. In February 2014 Joe's contribution to the deliverables for a major insurance company was recognised with an HP Leading the Way award.Responsibilities / Achievements- Led the solicitation and management of requirements to inform solution development for a joint venture bid to central government- Conducted client workshops to understand and model business processes, establishing a foundation for solution development work as part of the pursuit officially recognised as the UK&I ‘Creative and Innovative Deal of the Year’- Engaged with client pre-sales to demonstrate consulting value- Contributed to development of innovation assessment offerings- Conducted application portfolio analyses at manufacturing and financial services clients, including client interviews, data analysis, recommendation short-listing/prioritisation and presentation to CxO-level client stakeholders.
