I make sure the information was up to date, easy to understand and available for everyone in the production. StorylineThe idea Approvent was pitched at the Innovatum Science Park in Trollhättan 2019, Approvent was accepted into their start up program. The first of many interviews with inspectors was carried out to gain knowledge of the inspection process and the improvement possibilities. The design and features were iterated together with the inspectors the following months using the minimum viable product method. The app was developed using xamarin C#, this was carried out by a consultant. The app was launched on Google Play Store and App Store in 2020. Swedish inspectors are paying for a yearly subscription, the company is active today. Show less

In my role as a test & verification engineer I was a part of a team that planned, performed and reported on rig tests of the electrical engines and gearboxes at the R&D department. I was specifically working with the durability tests of the gearboxes to the Volvo XC40 Electric and Polestar 2. I created technical work instructions, supported operators in the daily work and educated students and new operators in the form of lectures and classroom presentations. I also worked with many improvement projects. I participated with expertise in other ongoing investigations and projects. By using my data analysis skills I was able to identify stoppages and problems in the production. Together with the team the root causes was identified using lean and six sigma methodology. I was awarded with lean best practice awards in June and September after the completion of two different improvement projects with successful results. Show less
