In the past 20 years, I have been a manager, consultant, technician, analyst, UX Designer, and advisor to support different groups in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. The topics have been government affairs, environmental, resilience, emergency management, planning, hydrology, watershed management, permits, energy, tourism, geographic information systems, field work, mobile mapping, remote sensing, and compliance with state and federal law regulations. Part of my success is based on my interest in learning, assessing needs, generating options, and implementing solutions in collaboration with other professionals across organizations in Puerto Rico, Continental USA, Caribbean Islands, and Latin America. I have four professional Licenses; in the areas of Commercial Unmanned Aircraft Pilot (Drone), Environmental Planning, Diving, and Geographic Information Systems. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. Degree and two more licenses in Project Management and Certified Floodplain Management. Fluent in Spanish and English

Coordinated, collaborated, created, developed and managed GIS -platform to facilitate the work achieved by EHP specialists in the areas of site visits, endangered species, critical habitat, advisory base flood elevations analysis, tracking tools and other environmental and historic related laws and executive orders responsibilities. Collaborated with federal and state agencies: USACE Mission Assignments in regards to Power and Debris mission; NRCS / USDA in trainings provided to EHP; the PR DOT to access road data and historic images and the Planning Board of Puerto Rico in the analysis of data available for the management of the disaster. Acted as subject matter expert for remote sensing, field work, mobile and web applications for the disaster 4339. Became trainer for EHP, the Geospatial Information Unit (GIU) and PA Energy Sector staff on various applications. Developed workflows, organized, revised and managed the file structure of the EHP server to maintaining appropriate records to ensure the projects are in full compliance with all applicable environmental regulations and standards. Collaborated with the Planning Support area and the Modeling, Analytics, GIS, and Information Coordination Unit in the analysis of data needs, creation of applications and managed data for the sector groups in the disaster. In addition, learned the EHP review process and conducted reviews for FEMA projects. Finally, administering, monitoring, and maintaining appropriate records to ensure the projects are in full compliance with all applicable environmental regulations and standards. -
