Bhp South Flank Inflow Project, Pilbara

South Flank Inflow project project scope includes the supply and install of structural, mechanical, piping works of 2 primary crushing facilities complete with discharge conveyors and surge bin facilities, a series of overland conveyors (totaling to 23km long), a transfer station, and water facilities.Primary responsibilities included construction field execution, resolving construction issues, client and subcontractor liaison, procurement, progress reporting, quantity surveying, and driving project completion.

Rio Tinto Oyu Tolgoi Shaft 2 Surface Facilities Project, Mongolia

The supply and install of structural, mechanical, piping works associated with the Shaft 2 Surface Facilities at the Oyu Tolgoi project in Mongolia. Project scopes included the Shaft 2 chillier facilities, collar houses, mine hair heater facilities, Shaft 2 conveyor systems, fuel farms, shotcrete facilities, dewatering facilities, and heat distribution facilities.Primary responsibilities included field assistance and execution, subcontractor management, quantity surveying, contract remeasures and procurement of international materials.

Tendering, Perth

Involved in tendering of large scale projects including BHP South Flank, Rio Tinto West Angelas Deposit C & D and multiple separable pacakges of the Oyu Tolgoi expansion project. Primarily involved in conducting MTOs to validate quantities and pricing schedules, extensive model use, supply pricing and man-hour estimates.

Galaxy Mt Cattlin Yield Optimisation Project, Perth

Mondium -- an EPC joint venture between Monadelphous and Lycopodium -- was responsible for the design and construction to increase yield optimisation of the plant. Project scope included the fines recovery circuit inlcuding wet high-intensity magnetic separation (WHIMS), secondary floats re-liberation cirtcuit, optical sorting circuit, process water upgrade, and miscellaneous brownfield plant modifications/upgrades.Seconded to Mondium and primary responsbilities included the procurement of several key materials including long lead conveyor components, large bore valves, and the evaluation of civil subcontractors.

Inpex Ichthys Lng Combined Cycle Power Plant Project, Darwin

Project scope of work comprised of the construction the Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) at the Ichthys Project Onshore LNG in Darwin, namely 4 gas turbine generators and 4 heat recovery steam generators, chemical injection system, drainage and effluent system.Primarily involved in the development of test packs and work packs for the construction execution, pre-commissioning, and systems completions support activities.
