There are three constants in my career: software, product management and team building.I have been involved in the development of software products from the start of my career, being responsible for gathering requirements from all stakeholders and organizing those into a coherent and marketable software product.I am used to travelling to different countries, to meet customers, partners and colleagues, understanding and leveraging cultural differences to enhance the product we are building.I hire, coach and mentor the teams I work with, share success and failure, incite everybody to participate and learn from each other, to create a culture of self-improvement. Teams that understand the business and are capable of building software that is purposeful and creates value for our customers. I have used agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum to help us navigate the rough waters of software development.I have worked in commercial, corporate, industrial software and also in R&D projects - desktop, web, cloud and mobile. I have been designing software architectures from the beginning.I love software development.
