◆Setting the long-term strategic direction of the company in support of mission and vision, including strategic and execution planning.◆Developing scale-able organizational structures within each department and for the company as a whole.◆Fiscal management including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, investment priorities, debt structure, and policy matters.◆Heading of company Council (leadership team), comprised of department heads and top performing Advisors.◆Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards.◆Evaluating the success of the organization using strategically key metrics and performance against goals.◆Developing strategic relationships with vendors and industry partners in support of company production goals and culture.

◆Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the company mission – through management reporting, information flow, business process, organizational planning, and leveraging technology.◆Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Staff through improvements to each position and coordination between all functions.◆Contribute to short and long-term strategic and organization planning, including initiatives geared towards operational excellence.◆Oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly assessments and forecasts of company financial performance against budget, financial, and operations goals.◆Work with accountant and attorney on long term tax and legal stability.◆Development and management of company budget/forecast in conjunction with CEO.
