These resources can be purchased and consumed in physical book form and also digitally though various "video on demand" and other digital platforms. Some of the responsibilities of this role include: * Shepherding our team's acquisition strategy and pipeline development. This includes acquiring new authors and strategic partners, maintaining and serving these partners, and developing a resource pipeline 2-3 years out to keep our production moving and in line with budget and revenue goals. * Responsible for our team's financial performance. Each product caries their own fixed costs and revenue expectations which I oversee. I also help set and maintain our team's operating expenses each fiscal year. * Provides team leadership through employee development, coaching, performance reviews, hiring, and training new team members.
