-Develop Front End Engineering Design (FEED) packages as lead and support process engineer.

-Manage daily operation of ethylene glycol production unit and work as part of a team, combining operators' input with technical engineering and modeling experience to address operational issues so that production targets can be met for the unit.-Manage MOC process to ensure that any changes in the unit are implemented safely and that the changes are properly documented upon completion.-Lead PHA for installation of new major equipment in the ethylene oxide unit, including review of the SIS which requires coordination with site and contract resources.

-Led the shipping services PHA team, focusing on identifying and analyzing process safety hazards and issuing recommendations to address hazards while adhering to strict deadlines.-Designed and installed a project to improve ethylene oxide unit reliability by upgrading the SIS availability on steam drums.-Led the HAZOP for the installation of a new ethylene skid and followed up with additional design reviews, focusing on operating within equipment limits and PSV sizing.-Co-led ethylene oxide catalyst change responsible for monitoring reactor conditions, organizing a team to achieve desired results and training new process engineers and catalyst coordinators.-Involved in Management of Change process by writing MOCs and participating in MOC Safety Reviews for the ethylene oxide and ethylene glycol units.-Worked to increase the Clear Lake Site's community outreach and volunteerism as a member of the Celanese Foundation Site Committee.

-Supported the ethylene oxide unit during an extended turnaround while focusing on rapid problem solving and development and execution of detailed plans.-Completed process design of a $800K vessel upgrade with a focus on improving safety and complying with new RAGAGEP standards.-Recorded and completed a Process Hazard Analysis on a processing unit.-Completed supplementary design of $750K pump upgrade that will improve site utility reliability.
