WHO I AM?I'm a Biotechnologist engineer and nowadays, I'm studying a bachelor degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering. My recent work pushed me to learn about CTPAT and AEO security programs and I considered it an opportunity to be professionally prepared in that field. That’s the reason why, I began to study the bachelor degree of Industrial & Systems Engineering.WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT?My personal brand distinguish me to be passionate, proactive and innovative. My personal experiences taught me to be a resilient person. I’m committed on whatever I do and I like learning from my mistakes. I’m always in continued learning and seeking for new challenges. Lastly, but no less import, I like to share my knowledge with the people who am surrounded by and impact in their lives in a positive way.WHICH ARE MY ACHIVEMENTS?• I took part of the team who developed and created a training department.• I got the DC5 license by the STPS.• I trained daily more than 20 people in CTPAT and AEO programs. • I got a Diploma in supply chain security by the UANL in partner with Schneider Electric. • I was invited to participate as a speaker in the security week at companies such as: Polaris, Techniplas, Halo and Regal Rexnord.HOW CAN I HELP YOU?With my work experience as professor and employee trainer, I can help you to design innovative training programs in function of the personnel needs to improve their skills and competences. My compromise as a professional in engineering with focus on continuous improvement and productivity would be crucial to reach out with success the company objectives.
