Senior Telecom and Technology professional with 15+ years of experience in Business Management, Program & Project Management and Engineering Operations. Worked with multinational companies like Nokia and Ericsson on various capacities ranging from Head of PMO, Project Director, Tender Lead and Engineering Level posts. During my stay Nokia Indonesia as part of the PMO, I wrote the services organisational blueprint to optimise operational efficiency and implemented assessment program for competence development for all Business Management resources in Indonesia & Malaysia as well as Cost Managers for the Asia Pacific region. While with Ericsson I wrote the standard project organisational structure for the Indonesia network deployment team and framework for risk management. I also had the privilege of leading technically complex projects such as the deployment of the first 3G network in Indonesia, the first high volume rapid deployment of GSM modernisation in Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia and worked on various deployment of wireless systems in the APAC region.I have also been part of small and medium enterprises start-up as a co-founder, investor and as an employee in different industries and learned valuable lessons along the way.Colleagues know me as friendly always willing to share lessons learned & best practices, process oriented and organise person and firm when it comes to commitment deliverables.
