Lead a team of 20 technical team members in application environment build out, configuration management, technical support, and ongoing operations for a public state owned web application designed to work on the Oracle suite of middleware and database technologies. Collaborate with Oracle support engineers, state data center team members, and Accenture Software team members to solution and deploy application updates with minimal downtime for development and testing teams. Maintain production environments and schedule operations support activities while planning application environment transitions for future releases.

Oversee a team of 15 detailed designers to ensure designs cover all functionality while being technically complete for a significant state implementation project. Assist in triaging business and technical issues. Maintain design completion schedule and track progress towards final sign off of all application detailed designs.

Lead a team of 10 people on the Build and Deployment team of large state system integration project where multiple code builds per day are coordinated and deployed to 42 test environments. Effectively communicate between Application Development, the Tech Team, Assembly Test, and System Test on what progress is being made while ensuring there is always a successful set of new functionality in release streams that can be tested. Confirm that configuration management processes are in place and being followed to ensure each environment has a quality code build. Establish off-shore technical team in India and coordinate technical handoffs between on-shore and off-shore teams.
