Currently working in Bromberg & Associates as a Multi-Department After Hours Support Specialist. Scheduling & Appointment Setting Department: Assisting the company's pool of clients, interpreters and staff. I process, offer and confirm interpreters for prescheduled language assignments in remote, hybrid and in-person settings. I assist clients, interpreters and prospects during all after hours via email, phone calls and text messages. Working with clients from all over USA.Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: I contact several prospects every month to widen Bromberg's talent pool in the interpreting department. I am constantly connecting with interpreters from all over the world to cover our company's needs. I conduct interviews, language evaluations, handle paperwork from onboarded contractors and work closely with the other departments to take action on upcoming needs.VRI/OPI: I assist our on-demand team with control and management over the on-demand interpreter's pannel. I personally monitor all connected interpreters, the callflow and overlaps and act accordingly. Run on-demand services' tests with our clients and interpreters constantly for prescheduled and on-demand assignments.
