I was responsible for anywhere up to 8 employees, whereby I would carry out task delegation, time management, people management and employee training while creating efficient systems of production.I took over this role at Thomas Logistics during a critical time and thus faced many challenges in my tenure. The company was experiencing financial hardship, losing some pivotal customers, all while having new untrained employees. I led the team in experience and worked tirelessly to develop more efficient systems via ideation and employee input. Critical communication became an integral part of my role, enhancing communication between warehouse and office staff, while effectively mitigating employee disputes.
