While residing in Portage, MI, I was responsible for Account Management (2012-2017) in the Upper Midwest in the Packaging Industry, including Gable Top Paper Packaging, Closures and Filling Equipment. Internally, I worked closely with Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Technical Service, Quality and Sustainability Teams. I built great relationships with customers and employees, helping growth and efficiencies to gain volume and profits.Prior to joining the sales force, I was in Customer Service (2005-2012) and was recognized for SAP Training, Process Improvement and Cost Savings. I was hired by International Paper, which was purchased by Evergreen Packaging.

Serviced customers using SAP, pulling product from multiple plants to various locations in US and overseas. Transported 10 million pounds of product per month to multiple countries and customers; managed export activity, overseeing direct sales and forward-positioned (floating) inventory. Served as NAFTA Coordinator.
