• Order picking and scanning with RF Scanner• Sorting of merchandise and packing• Wrapping skids

• Managing daily branch banking operations consistent with Unibank's internal controls approved policies and regulatory requirements• Assisting the Branch Manager in achieving profitability by effectively managing expenses and implementing cost-cutting measures• Assisting the Business Manager in increasing the branch deposit/business volume and profitability by actively selling low-cost, high revenue products and services of the bank• Ensures a high level of customer retention and customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer's needs and expectations, managing and handling customer complaints, and ensuring their timely resolution• Supervise Senior Service Associate, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Associates and recommends promotion and permanency of staff• Regularly coaches and training 9 to 10 branch personnel and provide on-the-job opportunities for their personal development• Promotes teamwork and harmonious relationship among branch personnel by communicating regularly the vision and strategy of the organization to encourage employee engagement.
