Investigated effects of temperature, pressure, and time on collagen protein through the use of Fourier Transform Infra-Red (FTIR) Spectroscopy and reported results weekly.Constructed mechanical and electrical apparatus in order to perform experiments. Coordinated project with tests and submitted reports weekly to Ethicon for FTIR data to determine statistical significance within designed vasculature experiments.
