My companies have always innovated with industry leading technology to enable our successes. When I was 20 years old, I picked up a real estate license and brokered $7+ million of investment real estate transactions over 12 months while remaining a full time college student in Arkansas. I accomplished that by having insider market knowledge others didn’t possess. I graduated college with a real estate degree in 2007 right before a deep economic recession tied directly to real estate. Rather than leaving the industry until the fog cleared, I realized that was my moment to build a recognized entrepreneurial track record. I started a turnaround management company that oversaw 4,000 apartment units in 3 states. I learned a lot about leadership, especially during crisis, through this venture. As those properties were turned around and sold, I moved to Nashville, TN with my notable industry track record and newfound relationships in hand. In Nashville, I solely founded and bootstrapped an apartment locating company to unparalleled success. I developed systems and a Team to ensure the best client service, which helped us gain the trust of the market. I sold my first apartment locating company to out-of-state investors and founded Apartment Insiders where we are building a consumer-obsessed best in class platform for finding apartments in key markets in the US. At Apartment Insiders, we're not in the real estate business; we're in the stress relief business. We are obsessed with creating raving fans rather than clients or customers.
