Over the last 25 years, I’ve acted as a Strategic Advisor to the C-suites of private companies, Private Equity and of FTSE multinationals. These cover a range of sectors from consumer to financial services.  Currently as head of Business Transformation at RSM, and previously in the Big 4 at PwC and EY, I support leaders to develop future-fit, high performing businesses and functions, able to disrupt and evolve in their industry. I do this through leveraging a mix of deep experience, leading insight and value creation methods This includes helping them with: operating strategy, operating models, transformational change, data science, digital, organisation design and culture. In particular how I apply these capabilities across business process areas of finance, group back office, supply chain, procurement, sales and marketing.Outside of my advisory and consulting work, I founded a orthopaedic physio and rehab business called Aquian on the back of being executive chairman, for a family business in the elderly care and rehab segment (The Geoghegan Group and Clavadel). I was also a NED, as member of both the Finance and Audit as well as Investment Committees for the British Red Cross for over 5 years.Finally, I enjoy wildlife and artistic photographer.
