I have over 12 years experience in HR Business Transformation - deploying the right technology and crisp processes to provide remarkable human experiences. I’ve created and/or managed all the complex global recruiting and onboarding technical systems and processes for one of the world’s largest banks – hiring 70 thousand people a year from 1.4 million applications. I have led multiple HR products from concept to production. I assumed responsibility for our HR electronic forms platform after a (failed) pilot project at one work site. Under my ownership this product grew to welcome new hires globally - guiding them confidently through the process of filling and signing the bazillion forms needed before starting work for a complex global financial giant. It also saved Citi $8 million annually.
