I'm passionate about realizing human potential and, somewhat ironically, believe that well-designed technology is the best way to do that. I have over 12 years experience in HR Business Transformation - deploying the right technology and crisp processes to provide remarkable human experiences. I’ve created and/or managed all the complex global recruiting and onboarding technical systems and processes for one of the world’s largest banks – hiring 70 thousand people a year from 1.4 million applications. I have led multiple HR products from concept to production. I assumed responsibility for our HR electronic forms platform after a (failed) pilot project at one work site. Under my ownership this product grew to welcome new hires globally - guiding them confidently through the process of filling and signing the bazillion forms needed before starting work for a complex global financial giant. It also saved Citi $8 million annually. And that is just one of the HR experiences I have crafted.I achieve results through collaborative stakeholder management, Lean continuous process improvement methodology, and Agile project management principles.Prior to finding my passion for HR, for 8 years I created data architecture and analytics to better manage business expenses through transparency and collaboration on best practices.I enjoy working in partnership with talented people to solve difficult problems and I have a track record of delivering results.
