After a winning and focused training approach, it was possible to implement a PMO office for IT department. A structured action to bring standards and adoption of Company's Global Methodology was successfuly implemented.Also, important processes were implemented to monitor KPIs in projects such as standarized Status Reports and detailed Balanced Scorecards to measure project managers performance.Up to 100 people have been supported (Project Managers, Coordinators, System Managers, Directors) and guided to increase market maturity in Project Management and visibility from Business areas which was recognized by our LATAM and International offices.That was a real achievement! For that reason, project management and methodologies, demand management, Project KPI analysis have been taking great part of my days.

Those latest two years have been being very exciting and also have contributed very much to my professional career. Great efforts and adaptations were required to be part of a IT structural transformation (Outsourcing). We stablished a solid Change Management process as well as a Service Introduction Model that helped the transition to the new support Vendor.As reward, I have been able to master many new ITIL capacities in real terms which helped me to contribute and define many internal processes.

Project Management for Walmart Brazil E-commerce operation (www.walmart.com.br)IT Architecture, ERP Implementation.(2007-2010) I’m proud to had headed www.walmart.com.br backoffice systems integration and supported it for more 4 years after. The online store was the first one outside of the USA using the company’s brand. It is a huge case of success despite the many challenges and agressive timelines.As part of my contribution I can point out the definition of many processes, data flows and architectural approaches which were essential to integrate the front end tier to the backend tier, as well as acting as broker among different vendors and technologies.
