Coordinate and assign all internal administrative functions of the Treatment Office. Maintain all Spiritual Recovery Program files and presentations. Track appointments and seat clients for six counselors and two psychiatrists on-site and utilizing ZOOM for daily individual sessions and multiple groups. Create Powerpoint Presentations for daily devotions and weekly graduation ceremonies. Create weekly phase completion and graduate certificates. Run the slideshow presentations in AV/Sound Room during morning devotions and weekly graduation ceremonies. Assist clients with sign-up, scheduling, and preparation for multiple monthly outings. Oversee weekly Phone Plan workshops. Maintain confidentiality of relationships and records. Provide administrative support, including daily scheduling, email correspondence, copier, scanning, answering phones to Treatment Services Manager, Director of Spiritual Life, Full time Chaplain, six Treatment Coordinators, six on-site/offsite counselors and two psychiatrists. Disburse and track client MP3 players. Create ‘newcomer’ packets for all new clients. Assist clients with any administrative needs they may have and direct clients to various departments based on their needs. Residential Services Mar 2020 -Nov 2021GIK (Gift-In-Kind) Donation Center - Assisted Interns retrieving donations, inventory of donations, and organizing the GIK 'store'. Toured newcomers and assisted with clothes, hygiene, shoe selections. The Clean Machine - Provided weekly laundry services . Prepared beds in (OGS) Overnight Guest Services daily. Laundered, folded, and organized bed linens and towels for all residential clients and Overnight Guest Service clients.
