I am a friendly, flexible, and self-motivated EMR Trainer, with a passion to see my end users succeed in expanding their knowledge of EMR systems. I am credentialed in the EPIC modules of Grand Central, Prelude, Cadence, Ambulatory, Referrals, and Cheers/CRM. I am certified in the Revenue Cycle, and Ancillary modules of Cerner. I have in-class room training, remote training, and Go-Live experience. I am willing to travel for Credentialing, and training. My journey in Healthcare began 9 years ago, as a Patient Access Representative at one of the largest hospitals in the nation; AdventHealth Orlando. My background in Healthcare, and experience of using EMR systems as an end-user, allows me to connect with my Adult learners. I understand the tasks and workflows involved with working in an Outpatient Clinic, Inpatient, Hospital Outpatient Department, Pediatric, or Emergency Room environment. I pride myself in professionalism, and my willingness to learn and quickly adapt to change. My commitment to maintaining a strong code of ethics, working with integrity, and understanding the importance of team work, allows me to contribute positively in any work setting.
