• Manage teams of research analysts by designing research and analytical plans, create the output template, check the quality of deliverables, and guide the team in conducting research• Carry out additional primary or secondary research, wherever required, to fill in data gaps, provide insights, etc.• Communicate with clients through email and phone, to discuss project context, highlight research findings, and deliver output

• Conduct primary research (expert interviews and ad-hoc telephone calls) and secondary research (using databases such as Thomson Research, Thomson One Banker, and Bloomberg, apart from news articles, reports, and other publications), across different sectors and regions• Analyze and synthesize the information obtained through primary/secondary research • Present the collected data in a client-ready format (mostly in MS Powerpoint), adhering to Grail standards in terms of language, formatting, layout, etc.

• Develop strategies to restrict the size of the delinquent pool and forecast 'flows' to future periods• Prepare regular management reports, mapping flows, rollbacks, daily collections, collection efficiency, net credit loss, etc.• Coordinate with other departments like ‘Sales’ and ‘Credit’ to identify negative areas for funding, reduce frauds, and keep the delinquency rates low
