I began my appraisal career as a part-time appraiser with the Fayette County Tax Assessor's Office in 1993. Within a few months, I was hired on as a full-time appraiser. After working my way up from being a Residential Appraiser to a Commercial Appraiser, I was eventually promoted to Chief Appraiser in 2006. I retired from Fayette County in October of 2022 and became the Chief Appraiser for Forsyth County in November of 2022. I hold an Appraiser IV certification from the Georgia Department of Revenue. I am a member of both the Georgia Association of Assessing Officials (GAAO) and the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).
