This data, which consists of ACR (automatic content recognition) TV viewing data collected from opted-in VIZIO smart TVs, is licensed by Inscape to TV networks, advertisers, agencies and ad tech companies that, in turn, execute analytics, targeting and attribution use cases. Assisted Inscape's business development team with revenue generation by structuring, negotiating and drafting the vast majority of Inscape's ACR data license agreements. Advised Inscape executives on risk assessments and compliance with such data privacy laws as VPPA, COPPA, HIPAA and CCPA.o Structured and drafted inbound licensing agreements for technologies available on VIZIO smart TVs, such as video streaming services, Google Cast and voice control features. o Negotiated and drafted agreements with VIZIO’s retail partners, Chinese manufacturing partners, distribution vendors, SaaS providers, warehouse logistics providers, marketing partners and office space lessors/sublessees.

I specialized in entertainment and technology-oriented transactions primarily on behalf of such digital media company clients as AwesomenessTV, Electus, Fullscreen and Vevo. My emphasis was on structuring, negotiating and drafting agreements related to: development and production of scripted and unscripted programming exhibited on such video streaming services as Amazon Instant Video, AOL On, Vevo and YouTube; unscripted television programming; digital marketing and software development/licensing services on behalf of advertisers; and network agreements between YouTube personalities and multi-channel network owners on YouTube.

I specialized in entertainment transactions, with an emphasis on drafting, negotiating and review of agreements related to the development and production of scripted series, unscripted television programming and web programming. Negotiated and drafted the gamut of above-the-line agreements. Advised productions on legal clearance matters regarding copyright, trademark, defamation, and invasion of privacy claims. Analyzed a variety of above-the-line guild-related issues in connection with WGA, DGA and SAG-AFTRA. On behalf of client AMC Networks, served as production attorney on such television programs as Seasons 2 and 3 of "The Walking Dead"​ (AMC) and Season 1 of "Rectify" (Sundance Channel).

Business Affairs:I negotiated with agents and outside counsel to finalize television development deals for: option/purchases (of novels and pre-existing teleplays/screenplays); writer pilot script services (blind script commitments, if-comes, rewrites/polish of existing script, adaptations); non-writing producer services; pilot director services; first look deals; script packager coverage from networks.Legal Affairs:I drafted and negotiated long-form agreements for closed television development deals. I was a production attorney on such television programs as "White Collar"​ (USA Network), "The Good Guys"​ (Fox Network) and "The Killing" (AMC) and responsible for handling daily production legal matters. I researched and advised on various provisions of WGA and SAG Basic Agreements.

I was hired for a one-year employment term immediately upon graduating from USC Law School and completing the CA Bar exam. For all NBCU scripted television programs, I was responsible for drafting, revising and negotiating production agreements for: location shoots, licensing copyrighted and trademarked material, product placement clearances, guaranteed tradeouts, work-for-hire projects, live concert performances, filming permits, and renting vendor services and/or equipment. For NBCU unscripted television programs, I was responsible for compliance review of insurance policies obtained by outside production companies (i.e. errors & omissions, general liability, workers’ compensation, etc.), per indemnity agreements with NBCU.
